Booyah Advertising is seeking an experienced, full-time Paid Search Account Manager. You will work closely with cross-discipline client account teams in meeting and exceeding client goals. The Paid Search Account Manager participates in all aspects of executing high profile and complex clients’ search media campaigns, including initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting.


  • Responsible for maintaining a positive working relationship with client and clearly communicating the value of paid search
  • Develop, manage and execute paid search strategies to exceed client goals and KPI’s
  • Budget management and forecasting on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth to client that will improve their paid search program
  • In-depth data analysis to spot trends/shifts in the landscape to improve performance and ROI
  • Create and execute on-going testing plans for ad copy, landing pages, betas, etc
  • Lead weekly/bi-weekly client calls to discuss account performance, interpretation of data and actionable plans based on findings
  • Work with support team to ensure quality control of deliverables
  • Develop and present POV’s to client on new opportunities and betas
  • Serve as a mentor/coach to Associate Account Managers and Account Coordinators
  • Collaborate cross-channel with other teams to provide client with a holistic view of their digital footprint and better understanding of how each channel interacts with each other

Desired Skills and Experience

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years of paid search experience, with in-depth knowledge of multiple search engines
  • Certified professional with Google AdWords and Bing Ads
  • Experience with 3rd party management tools, preferably DoubleClick Search, Marin Software, or Kenshoo
  • Familiar with common keyword generation, estimation, competitive analysis & trending tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel used specifically for trend analysis, pivot tables, vlookups, and large data analysis
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with large sets of data and experience using Google Analytics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with other digital media channels and how they interact with each other (ie: Display, Social Media, SEO, Email)
  • Basic knowledge of statistical modeling and analysis
  • Previous agency experience a plus
