Mike DelliVeneri is the digital marketing specialist for Colorado Parks and Wildlife. For the past seven years he has worked in the digital marketing space creating award-winning campaigns that increased brand awareness and delivered results. Mike is a proud graduate of Regis University with a degree in communication and minors in marketing and photography. When he’s not promoting the Colorado outdoors at work, he’s fly fishing, backpacking and skiing with his wife Claire.
Annie Gleason has over 18 years of marketing experience working in the sports and outdoor industries with a focus on sponsorship. She has worked on both the brand and property side of the business with companies such as the Minnesota Wild, Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Root Sports and now Intrawest. Annie’s current role focuses on activation and execution of a multi-million-dollar portfolio of sponsorships at Intrawest’s six resorts.
Originally from Vancouver, British Columbia, Michael grew up exploring the four season outdoor playground in his backyard and held tourism sector jobs since the age of 17 seeking to share his passion for exploring and travel with the world. In the early 2000’s, Michael moved into the hotel & resort world holding sales and management leadership positions in Vancouver, Palm Springs and San Diego shifting easily from the big brand hotel chains to the boutique luxury segment. Michael joined Noble House Hotels & Resorts in 2014 and subsequently jumped at the chance for his current assignment in Gateway, CO in September of 2015. Michael resides in Gateway, CO.
Rick Rusch is a career-long marketer & merchant. Leveraging his direct mail experience from the ’80’s, RR charged headlong into the dot-com world in 2000. Rick has been branding, making markets for, and selling to consumers and businesses on the constantly evolving digital platform ever since.
In 2009 Rick began to focus on challenger brands – those companies looking to be seen, heard and compete to win against the more highly resourced Goliaths in their spaces. Rick has refined his specialty for the outdoor, action sports and hook & bullet markets. Today Rick guides these brands toward winning via sophisticated levels of communication and sell-through strategies.
As a practitioner and advocate for the active lifestyle, Rick’s work is driven by a healthy balance of passion, enthusiasm and personal interest in these markets.
