2011 American Marketing Association Colorado Chapter Scholarship

The American Marketing Association’s Colorado Chapter (Colorado AMA) is dedicated to advancing the field of marketing in Colorado.  In 2011, CoAMA is sponsoring two one-time scholarships, each in the amount of $1000.  The CoAMA leadership goal of this scholarship is to assist deserving marketing students and promoting the field of marketing.

Your application must be submitted no later than May 1, 2011, at 5 p.m. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Scholarship questions may be directed to: Gina Nykerk at at gina@myemma.com . APPLICATION DEADLINE Submit one complete application with all required documents listed in the application process no later than May 1, 2011. If you are unable to complete this webform please let Gina Nykerk know that you will be emailing her the application. Your application may be sent via email if no later than May 1, 2011 to gina@myemma.com. Any information received after the application deadline will not be considered. REVIEW AND AWARD The selection process is the sole discretion of an independent panel selected by the Colorado Chapter Board of Directors. Applications will be based on objective criteria such as academic performance, extracurricular/community activities, and personal and professional goals. NOTIFICATION OF RECIPIENT The reviewing panel will notify recipient by May 16, 2011. Winners will be formally announced and recognized at the AMA PEAK Awards on  June 2,  2011. DISBURSEMENT OF AWARD FUNDS Scholarship award is applied to the recipient’s tuition and fees bill for the fall 2012 semester. Please contact your school’s Financial Services Office to verify that the award has been properly credited to your account.
