Board of Directors

Gina works for Emma, a web-based email marketing and communications company that helps small businesses, designers and agencies create, send and track stylish email campaigns. Gina joined Emma six years ago, and has spent the last three years spearheading the sales and business development efforts in the Denver office. A Magna Cum Laude graduate in Business Administration from Belmont University in Nashville, Gina loves working from the Denver outpost and is thrilled to be in her 2nd year on the CO AMA Board.

John Chambers is the Interactive Marketing Manager at Forest City Stapleton, an international real estate company and the master developer of Stapleton in Northeast Denver. John has worked in the areas of journalism, project management and marketing. He joined the AMA because of the presence and connections the association offers to companies and professionals across the world.

John also obtained a BS in Journalism from Eastern Illinois University before graduating from the University of Colorado Denver with a MS in Marketing.

Debbie Teter is Marketing Director for Garmat USA, a Colorado based manufacturer of spray booths and equipment. In her role Debbie wears many hats from in-house agency to event management.  Her focus is mainly B2B, and notes her involvement with the AMA has helped her hone her marketing skills.  Debbie also serves as board chair on S.W.A.G. (South Westminster Arts Group) a community based arts initiative.

Gaëlle Callnin is responsible for the global marketing and business development efforts of Virtual Words, an international language services company with offices in Europe and the United States. A native of Paris, Gaëlle is herself a product of bilingual and bicultural education and profoundly adept at understanding different cultures and perspectives.

Alicia brings more than 20 years of accounting experience to the AMA board.  She is the owner of ABCPA, a CPA-firm servicing small business clients, and she serves as in-house controller for an investment firm in the Denver area.

With experience working with university students and marketing, Katrina Johnson brings many skills to AMA as VP of Colligate Relations. Katrina is a marketing professional with experience in both Publishing and Oil & Gas. Katrina worked at The Berry Company as a Marketing Associate learning from executives the ins and outs of marketing and now continues to increase her skill set in the Oil & Gas industry.
