AMA Lunch Features Return on Engagement

On October 14, the Colorado chapter of the American Marketing Association (CoAMA) lunch presentation featured TRACY MARKS, PR for Souplantation & Sweet Tomatoes and TONY FELICE, Senior Strategist, Red Door Interactive. Their presentation was, “Return on Engagement: How creating a culture of engaged customers drives a successful marketing strategy.” (Pictured - L-R: Tony Felice, Tasha Jones, AMA Program Chair; Tracy Marks and Scot Esmond, Red Door.)
About 70 AMA members and guests learned how Sweet Tomatoes engaged their customers through the Social Media platforms developed by Red Door that allowed the customers to provide feedback and menu suggestions. This method allowed them to measure return on consumer engagement.
